Coachs Check-list

Thank you for choosing Diamonds In The Rough Park, it is our goal to make your tournament a truly memorable experience in terms of facilities, competition and fun. To help you prepare for your week we have compiled the following list of important reminders. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions:  PH#: 330-987-8144. FAX # : 330-364-2570

• Has final payment been sent? (Due June 1, 2010)
• Have you entered your on-line roster? (Must be completed 30 days prior to tournament week)
• Have you returned your Team Waiver with all the required signatures? (30 days prior)
• Have you submitted Birth Certificates for players? (30 days prior)
• Have you submitted you Certificate of Insurance? (30 days prior)
• Have you read the rules and reviewed the Player/coaches Packages for what to bring.
• Have you read and signed your Coach’s Conduct sheet. (Must be turned in at coaches meeting on Saturday)
• Make sure to get your Game Results Form at coaches meeting. This must be signed by both coaches and returned to POD Manager after each game.

Other Reminders:

- Please remove all trash from dugouts after each game
– No infield practice or hitting into any fences is permitted
– TOBACCO & ALCOHOL PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED ON OUR COMPLEX
– Ice water and cups will be provided at each game field
– Concessions are available and will be open during tournament play
– All fields are off-limits except for scheduled games
– Each individual is responsible for removing all items brought into the complex (especially trash)
– Foul balls need to be returned
– Parents and fans should bring portable chairs with them
– Pets are not permitted at Diamonds In The Rough Park
